A wedding in Rome, Italy is the best way to celebrate five years of wedded bliss! When Yahwe and Luca decided to throw an anniversary celebration, they knew nothing short of spectacular would do. They also knew that an Italian wedding would be the perfect backdrop. An event designer himself, Yahwe of Del Cabo Events worked closely with Giorgia of Parade Weddings in Rome to make their vision come to life.
Rome's Villa di Fiorano was the perfect backdrop for the couple's friends & family that traveled the world over to spend a celebratory night dining al-fresco and dancing under the stars. The night embraced color, candlelight, and a feeling of pure joy for all in attendance. Now that's amoré!
The couple wanted to evoke the feeling of unity by using one long table for the entire group of 42. Reflecting the base color palette of pure yellow & white were powerful, but ethereal florals that included garden and spring roses, sweet peas, delphiniums, dahlias, stock and cosmos.
Live music by Elan Artists also contributed an elegant touch and varied from classical for the cocktail segment, jazz for dinner, and a 12 piece band delivering upbeat dance tunes for the after-party.
The couple's wedding in Rome was the ideal destination for their anniversary celebration as most of Luca's family and friends still live in the Italian city. Yahwe & Luca met in Rome many years ago when Yahwe was visiting from Mexico. The couple married five years ago in an intimate celebration in Cabo, Mexico.

The one piece of advice the couple would offer to those planning destination weddings would be to ensure your vision is communicated very clearly to vendors. Yahwe adds that he chose his vendors according to their energy, vibe, and placed absolute trust in that feeling.
